The Keystone Chapter Coin recognizes the dedication, service, and professionalism of members and non-members who have contributed to the goals of the USAWOA. Service to the United States Army, the United States Army Warrant Officer Cohort, the United States Army Warrant Officers Association and/or the surrounding military communities should be recognized. For this reason any member in good standing may recommend a coin for anyone who supports those goals at any time.
